Here, the landscape is dominated by the snowcapped peaks of Salkantay and Humantay. You can choose to hike or hire a horse for the ascent to the lake. The guide will give a brief informative talk as we prepare for the route to the lake, which will pass the highest point of our excursion. Along the way, we will pass through marvelous scenery with views of majestic peaks. At 4200 meters above sea level, the turquoise waters of Humantay Lake are a breathtaking sight.
