Machu Picchu Full Day We will pick you up from your hotel between 3:30 a.m. and 4:00 a.m. and drive to the Ollantaytambo train station for a two-hour scenic train ride to Aguas Calientes. Upon arrival, our guide will provide all necessary information for your visit to Machu Picchu. We’ll then take a bus to the Inca citadel, where you’ll need to show your tickets and ID. The guided tour of Machu Picchu will last about two hours, covering the main attractions and allowing time for photos. Afterward, you’ll have free time to explore further, including the Inca Bridge or Sun Gate. In the afternoon, we’ll return to Aguas Calientes, take the train back to Ollantaytambo, and then drive back to Cusco.
