The reservation is confirmed when the Company sends an invoice or confirmation email. At that point, the Contract between the Company and the Customer becomes effective.

2. Medical Conditions and Special Requirements
The Customer is responsible for notifying the Company of any medical condition, pregnancy, disability, or other conditions that may affect their ability to travel. Failure to notify may result in denial of travel without a refund. Some trips may not be suitable for people with certain physical or mental conditions.

3. Currency
The Company operates in two global currencies: Euro (EUR €) and United States Dollar (USD $), and reserves the right to apply the currency of its choice to the reservation.

4. Full Payment and Reservation Acceptance
Full payment of the tour price must be made 60 days before the departure date. If payment is not received on time, the reservation may be canceled.

7. Unused Services
No refunds or discounts will be given for lost or unused services, whether due to voluntary or involuntary termination of the trip.

8. Prices, Surcharges, and Taxes
Prices may vary from the time of publication until the date of full payment due to changes in transportation costs, taxes, and currency fluctuations.
